返金ポリシー

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund, or exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@miniautoblocks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@miniautoblocks.com.

Damages, issues, and Exchanges
While extremely rare, there may be cases in which the product sets are missing pieces. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Please contact our support team with your order #, picture of your unfinished car, and screenshots for the pieces you are missing. We will coordinate the next steps with you directly so you can complete the set! No more than 1 replacement package will be sent per order / customer if needed.

Missing Package
Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders which were not collected at delivery, or delivered to the wrong address. If the package was lost in delivery, please contact us at info@miniautoblocks.com so that we can investigate with the shipping carrier and find a solution for you. However, sometimes this is out of our control, so we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for the order. We will always try our best to provide a fair resolution.

Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
